CRSU Admission 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for CRSU admission 2025, all candidates must first review the university's eligibility criteria and then fill out the application form. M.Ed.

To qualify for CRSU 2025 admission, candidates need to have B.A. B.Ed. or B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. (NCTE, RCI etc.. approved ) degree or have finished an exam which is equivalent to B.Ed. with 50% marks in aggregate.

Note -

  • There is no provision to round off the aggregate percentage marks of the last qualifying exam from 0.5% (to above) to the next higher number. eg. 49.5% cannot be rounded off to 50%.

  • Candidates belonging to the SC and differently abled category are required to score a minimum of 47% marks in aggregate in the last qualifying exam.

  • Students with compartments/back log won’t be given admissions into any course by any chance.

M.A. in Music and Dance

Candidates have completed B.A.(Hons.) in Music with 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of SC/ST).

OR

1. Have completed UG degree with Music as one of the subjects and obtained 45% marks in the subject (42.75% in case of SC/ST)

OR

2. Candidates have completed a full time 3 years UG degree having qualified any of the following exams:

  • Gandharva Mahavidyalaya , Mumbai / Lucknow/Chandigarh/Prachin Kala Kendra.

  • ‘Sangeet Prabhakar’ from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad/Rajasthan Sangeet

  • Sansthan, Jaipur. ‘Sangeet Visharad’ from Bhatkhande Sangeet Vidyapith

M.Sc. Geography

Candidates have completed B.A./B.Sc. (General or Hons.) with 50% marks in aggregate and had Geography as one of the subjects.

M.Com

Candidates have completed BTM/B. Com./Bachelor of Arts/B.Voc./BIM/Science/BBA with Economics /Mathematics with 45% marks in aggregate.

M.A. Psychology

Candidates have completed B.A. (Hons.) degree in Psychology with 45% marks or a UG Degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate/obtained 45% marks in Psychology.

M.A. Economics

Candidates have completed a UG degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate/obtained 45% marks in Economics.

M.A. Education (Department of History)

Candidates have completed B.A. (Hons.) in History with 45% marks/a UG Degree in any discipline with 50% marks/obtained 45% marks in Political Sc./History/Sociology/Geography/Public Administration.

M.A. English

Candidates have completed B.A. (Hons.) in English with 45% marks in aggregate/a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 50% marks/obtained 45% marks in English.

B.A./B.Sc. B.Ed.

Candidates have finished their Senior Secondary Exam/10+2 level education or any other equivalent exam with 50% marks in aggregate for admission criteria of CRSU 2025.

Note -

M.A Education

Candidates have completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST candidates).

MA Yoga Science

Candidates have completed an undergraduate degree in any discipline/ equivalent examinations with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Note:

(i) The maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 35 years as on (31.7.21)

(ii) All candidates (Male and Female) need to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by SMO/MO of a Government Hospital at the admission time. No excuses by the candidates will be entertained for not participating in any physical activity during the course.

Shortlisted married candidates need to submit their certificates from SMO/MO issued by the Government Hospital stating that she is not in family’s way and an undertaking mentioning that while she is studying the course, if it is found that she is not in family’s way, then her admission will get cancelled and all the dues paid by her shall get forfeited.

M.Sc. Mathematics

Candidates have completed B.Sc./B.A. degree with Mathematics as one of the core subjects or B.Sc.(Hons.) in Mathematics/B.A.(Hons.) with 50% marks in aggregate.

B.El. Ed.

Candidates have completed their 10+2 level/equivalent examination from a recognised board with at least 50% marks in aggregate to qualify admission criteria of CRSU 2025.

Note -

  • Select the 'Student Corner' option on the homepage, and then click on 'Admissions.'

  • New users must register, however existing users only need to input their username and password.

  • Submit your personal information.

  • Before clicking the 'Submit' button, double-check all of the information you've entered in the form.

  • Complete the CRSU 2025 registration process and make a note of the unique username and OTP given to the email address and as an SMS to the mobile phone containing the credentials.

  • To login, enter your username and OTP.

  • After logging in, candidates must input appropriate personal, educational, and reservation information, as well as upload signatures and photographs, before clicking the 'Confirm' button.

  • Candidates must choose a suitable category for fee payment.

  • Then, press the ‘submit' button.

  • Candidates should keep their CRSU 2025 application number on file for future reference.

Sports persons who have won 1st or 2nd or 3rd position at the University/State level Tournaments organized by the State Govt./Haryana Olympic Association/University in individual events or Team games or have actually participated in Inter-University or National level duly recognized by Association of Indian Universities/concerned National Federation/Indian Olympic Association in the games in which Inter University Tournaments are organized by AIU. Holder of Certificate of Merit for N.S.S. awarded by the University

Additional information -

  • If two or more candidates receive the same marks in the qualifying examination for M.Ed., the older candidates will be given preference. If the tie remains, candidates with a higher class XII percentage will be given preference. Candidates with a better percentage in Xth class will be given preference to break the tie.

  • Universities will give precedence to a candidate who scored higher in the lower examination for PG programmes. If the tie remains, the older candidates will be given preference.

  • Candidates with a compartment in the qualifying test for B.El.Ed. and B.Ed. would be denied admission to CRSU 2025.

CRSU Result 2025

The university will announce the CRSU 2025 result in the form of merit lists on the official website. Students can check the CRSU result by using their login credentials such as application number and password in online mode. The CRSU results 2025, which are prepared as merit lists, are announced in multiple rounds. The institution will release a total of three CRSU 2025 merit lists. The number of rounds and the number of candidates chosen in the merit lists are determined by the number of open seats remaining after each counselling session. Candidates whose names appear on the CRSU admission list 2025 must complete the document verification process before proceeding with the admissions process.

Candidates who are shortlisted on the CRSU 2025 merit list will be invited to the counselling session.   • To pay the counselling charge, candidates must go to the official website.

  • The choice filling window is active once the fee is paid.

  • Candidates must complete out and submit their selections by the deadline.

  • Candidates can make changes to university-affiliated college listings. Candidates can choose colleges in the order of their selection from the list.

  • Candidates may fill out several preferences on the form if they like, and they may also make changes to the preferences they have filled out until they have locked in their final choices.

  • Candidates must also make their final decisions by the deadline.

  • If candidates do not lock their choices with the most recent date, the last preferences given in the form will be preserved in the university dashboard. Seats are assigned based on the options selected by the students.

  • Candidates may print several copies of the locked options and present them at the time of admission.

  • Candidates who have not completed or saved their options by the deadline will not be eligible for CRSU admissions in 2025.

  • The institution releases a complete list of the likely number of seats available based on the number of candidates that apply for the counselling session.

  • Candidates will not get individual call letters because the seat allotment results will be published online.

  • Candidates can view the specifics of the colleges that have been assigned to them in the allotment result. They must then report to their assigned college with their documents for verification throughout the admissions process.

  • The following two groups of candidates will be picked for the second round of counselling:

a) Candidates who were not allocated seats in the first session but are attending the second round of counselling for preferences that are higher than the one allotted to them; and

b) Candidates who were not allotted any seats in the first round of counselling.

DMCs of the qualifying examination

Certificate of matriculation and equivalent examination in support of date of birth and 10+2 certificate

Certificate for claiming weightages (if applicable).

Certificate for candidates belonging from SC and Backward classes of Haryana

Resident certificate for candidates claiming to be residents of Haryana

Declaration certificate by parents of BC candidates on the prescribed form

Employer's Certificate in case of employee.

List of Documents- M.Ed.

(i) Candidates need to submit original documents and two sets of attested photocopies, 4 latest passport size photographs and 2 sets of attested photocopies at the time of counselling.

(ii) Candidates will get back the original certificates once the document verification is over.

(iii) For registration purposes, two sets of photocopies will be signed by the principal or representative authority and this will be retained by the university.

(iv) Translations of the certificates that are not in Hindi or English language will have to be provided to the university.

Qualifying Examination i.e.bachelor degree and/or Master's degree or Shastri degree 3-year.

Character certificate

(Private Candidates: Male candidates,who have passed their qualifying examination in private mode will have to furnish a character certificate which is duly signed by a Notary Public.

Gaps in study: Male candidate who have gaps in their academic career after the qualifying exam must submit a gap certificate, in the form of affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper

OR

Certificate from the employer(if still in the service) and should also separately submit the character certificate of gap period duly attested by Notary Public.)

Residents certificate (if applicable): Candidates, who have passed their qualifying examination from a university located in the State of Haryana will not have to submit the resident certificate.

Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of All India Services borne on Haryana Cadre,Employees of Statutory Bodies/Corporations if applicable.

Scheduled Caste Certificate/Backward class certificate/Special Backward classes certificates/Economically backward classes in the General Category/PWD certificates if applicable.

Certificates to be submitted by the children & grandchildren of freedom fighters, if applicable.
